More than once I have carefully packed an exotic bottle or two of wine or liquor in amongst my clothes, or wrapped in a towel, in my bag. Have never had breakage, but have been concerned about it, and have seen the horrible results of a grappa bottle broken in a fellow traveler's checked bag. Ick!



These claim to be able to absorb the full contents of a bottle safely inside a plastic pouch. I haven't tried it (wouldn't want to wreck a perfectly good bottle or a perfectly good reusable absorbing bag), but will be traveling with these in the future when I go overseas.



Looks to be a good, straightforward product that no one else has made previously. I've seen similar products for the transport of industrial liquids, but never for consumers. Highly recommend it!
